Dr. Copeland comments on Kim Kardashian's surgery secrets

The reality star is only 32, but she’s already getting a jump on the antiag- ing game. And those vials of muscle-paralyzing Botox she had injected around her eyes on Keeping Up With the Kar- dashians were likely not her only nip-tucks. Despite Kim’s denials of having gone under the knife, “She’s probably had rhinoplasty,” ventures plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon, co-host of TV’s The Doctors. “Her nose looks more refined and narrowed at the tip, with a slight tilt upward.” But fill- ers could be responsible for much of Kim’s forever-young look. Adds LA plastic surgeon Dr. Ritu Chopra, “The lines between her nose and mouth are not as deep as they used to be seven years ago. We do that by injecting your own fat or other volume enhancers.”

“Her nose definitely looks like it’s been refined with surgery,” says NYC plastic surgeon Dr. Michelle Copeland. “It’s narrower and smaller than it was at age 25.”  “I suspect she’s plumped up her lips from time to time either with absorbable fillers like Juvéderm or Restylane or her own fat,” shares Dr. Copeland. “It’s very common.”
