Plastic surgery isn't just for women anymore.

Once it was clear that it's good business to look good, the new glamour guys joined the club by covering their gray hair, waxing body hair, camouflaging their under-eye bags, and "tweaking" any physical characteristics that bugged them. "Young men come in all the time for nose and neck refinements, and to fix sagging double chins," adds Michelle Copeland, M.D., a plastic surgeon affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. "They see their girlfriends or wives having something done, and think 'that wasn't too difficult.'"
