Star asked Dr. Michelle Copeland what the talk show queen may have done to get that wide-eyed look. "Because it is a very subtle and good job, it leads me to believe Oprah could have gotten a procedure called Thermage," NYC-based Dr. Copeland tells Star. Since the procedure, which tightens the skin via radio-frequency waves, is nonsurgical, there is none of the bruising and swelling that comes with the more traditional eyelid surgery known as blepharoplasty. Thermage is popular with celebrities, notes Dr. Copeland, because it causes very little downtime.
