Dr. Copeland's techniques for improving legs. |
by Maggie Bullock
Plastic surgeon Michelle Copeland, M.D., zaps sagging skin around the knees and thighs with the radio frequency device ThermageŽ. If that's not enough, she sculpts legs using a combination of ultra sonic liposuction (in which fat is liquefied for easier removal with less bruising) and power-assisted liposuction (PAL) through small hard-to-detect incisions in the back of the knee and the side of the ankle. |
